We understand that schedules can sometimes be unpredictable, and your child may need to miss a session. For families enrolled in a half-term or full-term program, we offer a makeup session at no additional cost, so your child can join another session to ensure they don’t miss out on our enriching nature-based activities. However, for casual bookings, we are unable to offer makeup sessions, as staff have already been organised based on the specific session booking. Please note that we do not provide refunds for missed days, unless the program is canceled due to extreme weather. In such cases, the organiser will inform you promptly, and a refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.
