Makeups and
Missed Days
We understand that schedules can sometimes be unpredictable, and your child may need to miss a session. For families enrolled in a half-term or full-term program, we offer makeup sessions, allowing your child to attend another session during that term. To be eligible for a makeup session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice must be provided before the missed session.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for missed days unless the program is cancelled due to extreme weather. In such cases, families will be notified as soon as possible, and a refund, credit, or alternative arrangement will be provided.
At Bush Blossom Explorers, we believe that every day is a perfect day to explore the outdoors, no matter the weather! We embrace the rain and encourage children to fully enjoy nature's elements. With the right wet weather gear, our young adventurers can splash in puddles and have fun, rain or shine. For those really wet days, we do have a few undercover spaces available to keep everyone comfortable. However, in the case of extreme storms or severe heat, we prioritise safety and may cancel sessions.
